1. Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with your products, you can request a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Right to Cancel: You have 4 hours after placing your order to cancel it for any reason. Funds will be refunded within 72 hours of the initial payment.
3. Refund Process:
   • Upon receiving your returned item, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
   • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds:
   • If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and check with your bank for processing times.
   • If you still haven’t received it, contact Collagen and Company.
5. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges: Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same item. Contact via email to initiate an exchange.
7. Gifts:
   • If marked as a gift, a gift credit will be provided upon receiving the returned item.
   • If not marked as a gift, a refund will be sent to the gift giver.
8. Return Shipping:
   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
   • For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Collagen and Company does not guarantee receipt of returned items.
