Our Story
In 2021 during Covid-19, my son Graeme, who was 36 at the time, started with treatment for major depression and panic attacks. Due to the severity of the medication, he started losing the function of his muscles in his legs causing him to develop a form of Ataxy. At that stage I had to help him into and out of the bath, and it was getting worse. A friend of mine, Winnie and her husband, John who had started using, and distributing Collagen earlier due to a foot injury introduced me to the product. That is where our story started. She mailed the collagen to us, and Graeme is walking again with a slight limp, and we found that it has been effective for my daughters leg injury, making her able to walk safely with a walking stick. Myself, I have found that a decade old vertebrae injury causing a lot of pain, has also substantially improved, resulting in me using less drugs for pain relief.

A Collection point is the closest Pudo locker to your location. Pudo lockers come in five sizes: extra small, small, medium, large, and extra large. The cost of sending a package via Pudo depends on the locker size selected. Each locker size has a maximum weight limit, and only one package can be placed in a single locker. Our Parcels normally average Small to Large. 1. How long does delivery take? 1-3 days in Main Centers 3-5 days Regional areas For remote areas an additional day or two 1. How will I know my parcel is on its way? Pudo will send you an SMS and email with the details you provided on your order to keep you updated when it is sent and when it arrives. 1. How do I ensure my package gets to me quickly and correctly? Please provide us with your correct dropbox site and Cellphone Number When sent you will receive an SMS stating the your parcel is in transit. Shipping Returns To return your product, you should mail your product to Garden Route Collagen. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you are using a credit or debit card you warrant (guarantee) that: • You are authorized to use the credit or debit card, and • There are sufficient funds for the order. If you are using a direct bank deposit then you warrant (guarantee) that you will make the payment within 36 hours from when the order is placed. If your payment is not reflected within this time the order will be cancelled.
